My knee hurts because i jumped offf one foot on concrete downhill and i landed hard on that foot and i wasnt wearing insoles so my knees absorbed the shock an dnow tyhey hurt, how do i fix this?

You need to stay off of it for a few! Also, ice it when it is swollen, and use heat to encourage blood flow to the area to encourage healing. Also, try some ibuprofen, but really, just take it easy.
Reply:go to the doctors you might have done some damage to your knee. But for now put some ice on it and keep it elevated. Or try some spots rub. Its a gel that you can put on your muscle aches it might work.... But go to the doctors just in case...
