New shoes question?

I just bought new shoes today and they felt fine and comfortable in the store (they were a size 8). When I got home I wanted to break in the shoes so I walked around in them and in about 30 minutes later my pinky toe on both feet started to hurt like they were being pinched or squeezed together.

Should I exchange the shoes for the next size 8 1/2? But when I tried the 8 1/2 in the store it felt a little loose so thats why I got the 8 instead. Is it better a little loose then tight? I can always add insoles right? Any suggestions?

New shoes question?
Get the bigger size. I have that exact same problem at the moment. Try the next size up with slightly thicker socks and see if it's more comfortable, and more your size.
Reply:go to the chemist and buy party feet , they are gel pads to put in your shoes just while you get used to them. they really work. if you get the bigger size and they slip they are to big.
Reply:bigger size
Reply:Get the bigger size, because if you end up with blisters you won't wear the shoes and you'll regret buying them.
Reply:I would try to bend them up a bit - the size 8

they will give after wear... or a bit of roughing up.

But sometimes we just have to take them back.

If you go up a size I think it wont answer the problem

It could be that the shoe is just not right for your foot type.

We all can have our Size - yet not be universal in Shoe shape.
Reply:yeha just get a bigger size see if that helps
