Target shoes?

I bought flats from target, but I have noticed they smell really bad after I wear them. I put baby powder on my feet, and bought odor eaters foot insoles. i never had this problem before with any type of shoes, even running shoes with thick socks. I know for a fact it is the shoes, is the odor caused by the material the shoes are made of, what else can i do...i really like these shoes because they are cute and can be worn w/ many outfits, but I'm not sure how to to eliminate the ordor.

if they arent leather then that is why they smell. plastic and man made insoles make feet sweat. nothing will fix that!
Reply:i just bought flip flops from target too and i haven't noticed any stench.. yet.. i've only had them for 3 or 4 days though. that sucks that your shoes stink. you should try febreze. that usually takes the smell out of things. hope it works!

i treid putting them out in sun for a day or2 but that didnt work
Reply:man made materials will do that sometimes. try to stick to real leather if you can. other than that you are using powders and such.
