Any reccomendations for shoe inserts?

i need to start wearing dressier shoes for work but the loafers i own are kind of hard on my feet. i was thinking of getting the dr scholl gell inserts but from what i've heard they're useless and overly expensive. anyone have any suggestions for some AFFORDABLE insoles? thanks

Might be better to just buy a comfortable pair of shoes. Also, I have tried Dr.Scholl gel inserts and I thought they felt pretty good.

Reply:dr scholls are amazing
Reply:Birkenstock shoes are the answer. Most peoples', mine included, preconception of the shoe company is completely wrong. They make hundreds of different shoes, many of which are dressy and stylish. They most important part is the weird cork insoles that they have with built in arch supports and they actually mold to your feet after a week or two of wearing them. I am on my feet at work all day and my feet and legs no longer bother me after wearing the Birkenstocks. Highly recommended! A bit pricey, but they last forever and can even get resoled and the insoles replaced easily.

This is wear I got mine from. They are in Germany, I believe, but I have ordered from them many times over the past few years and have always gotten them here quicker than I anticipated. Hope this helps you.
