I need help! My new shoes hurt my feet, is there any way I can fix them?

I bought ballet flats from H%26amp;M and they are really cute. Problem is, I wore them once and they made one of my ankles bleed from blisters! How can I fix them so that the back won't hurt my feet anymore? Is there any way I can mold them, or are they insoles for that part of the shoe? I can't return them, and I'd really like to wear them again, thanks!

putting band-aids on the back of your ankles when you wear them.

it might feel like a waste but putting them on until you break them in will keep you from getting anymore blisters.
Reply:You've got to let your feet get accustomed to the shoes. If you decide to wear them again mole skin works really well and can help prevent more blisters.
Reply:i think there are these pads that you can stick on the back of the shoe on the inside... dr scholl's or something?
Reply:get new shoes, larger size of shoe, use bandades, stockings, etc.
Reply:Cotton Ballzz...Sockzz....Tissuezz
Reply:go to the shoe store and they normally have these padlike things you can put in the heel of your shoe
Reply:go to the shoe maker and get them streched- it shud do the trick
Reply:I love ballet flats and wear them all the time. When I buy new ones, I always put band-aids on the back of my ankles so that they won't rub against the skin and give me blisters or make me bleed.
Reply:You could put sole inserts (like Dr.Scholls) that you can find at CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, or anywhere. Also, most shoe stores like Payless Shoes (And Kohls has them I think...) has the half socks that only cover your toe and heel and not the top portion of your foot (like in the ballet flat shape). They're usually made of tight material but they're really comfortable.

Hope that Helps!
Reply:there is this stuff called moleskin that you can get at CVS and put it over where the part of the shoe causes the blister and it will stop rubbing on your foot.
Reply:you've got to wear them a lot in order to break them in. most new shoes do that to your feet. but i would hold off on wearing them until your blisters heal. hopefully the next time won't be as painfull.
Reply:this may sound really weird but it works my dad did it for me when i had the same problem if you put bandaids on the back heel of the shoe on the inside it will help shape the shoe a liitle better to your foot really weird but it works
Reply:nope, if you get a tailor to adjust it would ruin the design of the shoes, actually anything u do will ruin the shoes. so u cant do anything
Reply:Wal*Mart sells insoles and heel inserts which might lift your foot up high enough to stop the rubbing. You might also try wearing a bandage across the part of your foot where the shoe rubs.
Reply:what i do is put band aids on the backs of my ankles where the shoes rub.
Reply:Try stepping on the back part so that it rounds out and softens. That should help. You could also wear a bandaid when you wear them. Not one of those cheap ones though they just fall off. Try those ones that are suppose to be like a second skin. Those should stay on.

Hope that helps you out
