I workout 6 days a week. I do Taebo. My ankles have been hurting for the past week and a half. I have bought ankle braces and this seems to be helping a little. I also bought some walkfit insoles. I just got them so I don't know if they will help or not. What can I do? I am going to the chiropractor tomorrow. Does anyone have this problem? And if so what did you do?

Reply:you need to face what you don't want to, and either cut back a bit on your activity or you will suffer the consequences. your body is trying to tell you you are overdoing it.
