Which one works better ? Odor preventing Socks (or) Odor Eater Powders (or) Odor Eater Insoles (or) any other solution.

How to get rid of ODOR that comes out of the SOCKS ?
Either will work fine, just make sure you shower and clean your feet first or none of these things will work.
Reply:Why are your feet smelling? What does it smell like? Do you have some sort of metabolic problem? Are you fasting or losing a large amout of weight on a calorie reduced diet? Do you wear socks with too high a polyester mix in them? Do you wear shoes that stop air flow through them?

If you can figure out the source of the problem, it is most effective to deal with that first.

If the source is bacteria growth on the feet, then Foot Fresh or Allpresan 9 is a wonderful place to start. Such things deal with the bacterial growth.

If the source is with your socks and shoes, then wear socks that have cotton in them and possibly a layer to wick away the sweat.
Reply:i think u should use the powder stuff
Reply:All the above mentioned...plus laundering the socks and scrubbing your feet. Can be very sexy....
Reply:gee... wash your feet, AND your socks
Reply:try washing your feet
Reply:Baking powder
Reply:Odor is caused by sweat. You have several choices. One, don't wear socks. Two, wash them every once in a while. Three, wash your feet periodically. Four, don't sweat. Just how bad is the odor? Do people point to you on the street and laugh or run away screaming? If you're the only person who even notices it, just follow stops two and three above. If everyone notices and steps two and three don't solve the problem, it could be caused by what you eat (garlic, for example, causes strong persperation odors) or it could be medical. Ask your doctor what you should do. Don't just suffer.
Reply:Any of these products will work just fine, but you must practice good hygiene first. Try soaking your feet at the end of the day with Epson salts. Always be sure your feet are completely dry before putting on your socks %26amp; shoes. Plus, buying shoes that allow more perspiration to wick away will help. Avoid all leather shoes. Washing your socks with some baking soda added to the wash water will help get them smelling cleaner as well.
