Guys How to increase your height?

I heard that there is a Chinese/japanese Shoe insole that you wear inside of ur shoe and it makes you taller? is it true or is just a scam?

Reply:sigh.. some say it's true but with disastrous results.. imagine one foot growing larger and longer than the other? it's horrific! why don't you try taking Cherifer PGM or if you're past your puberty stage, have an ilizarov procedure.. :) hehe you might grow to LOVE your present height..

Reply:The only ways I can think of to make you taller are Yoga or Chiropractic treatments, and then only if you needed them.





The insoles might be a scam, but if they aren't too expensive and you don't have to give a credit card number out, would it hurt to give them a try?





You could look them up on the internet and see if anybody else has used them.





Or is that what you were doing?
