How to keep flats (shoes) from creating blisters/aching feet?

I keep getting these blisters filled with liquid from working in my flats... (gross)

How can i prevent this from happening?

are insoles necessary?

put band-aids on where you know the show will create the blister before you put them on. that way, the shoe wont keep rubbing the area and wont create the blisters. also try foot cushions to keep the shoe from coming in contact with the bottom of your foot.

maybe you should work in some more comfortable shoes in the future to avoid this problem if you can :)

Reply:Usually, if you don't want achy feet 24/7. Find a removable insole that helps distribute your weight evenly. Or try putting baby powder on your feet before putting them on. I have a huge problem with my JCrew flats doing that, so I ordered them a size up and got great insoles and odn't have that problem anymore.

Lol. Or you could just not wear them.
Reply:eeek. that happens to me even when i go out shopping!

if they're new, they'll give you blisters but as they get about a week or two old they'll be fine.

but for now, go to target %26amp; look in the sock isle %26amp; look for or ask someone where the socklet(?) thingys are. they're in the shape of flats and they're skin colour.
