Calf and leg pain?

Lately I have had pain in the lower part of my legs and the bottom of my feet too - not sharp pain but dull aching kind of a thing


I was thinking of getting insoles for my shoes, think that might help

Insoles may help and better shoes may help. Make sure you are wearing shoes that support your feet. The pain in the bottom of your feet may be causing the aching in your calves. Maybe stretching them out would help.
