Is this bad news this has happened to me at 30 ? do you think i'll need plastic surgery like some are saying ?

i have prematurely aged at the 3o due to a hard life and stress.

i have bpd and ptsd- i feel i look a physical wreck, im bald, my skin looks colorless, dull, pasty, open pores...rough skin, dark deep lines under my eyes stretching to my cheek bones...i feel my eyes look like dark caverns.

my other physical imperfections are: i have 2 missing teeth, at the front, bottom row due to an accident years ago..

a crooked little finger that droops over due to an injury months ago...doesnt straiten even with a splint put on for weeks.

cracked skin, tears in the skin on the head of my penis that im waiting to see a dermatologist about.......openings in the skin that are pronounced all over the head.

torn ankle ligaments, it clicks when i move it, i have to be careful how i walk on it because i can twist it easy and go sprawling over on it-- i will need surgery on it.

whilst having my ankle examined i was told i was flat footed, i was given insoles.

but whats really concerning me is my physical appearence, my face, the aging, dark lines, facial skin etc.

Is this bad news this has happened to me at 30 ? do you think i'll need plastic surgery like some are saying ?
You have made this post a few times......

Well, you either crawl in a hole and never come out, or you force yourself to move past it.

3 years ago I was a pretty sexy 21 y/o. Over 3 years of cancer treatment, I have gained significant weight, my hair which was everything to me is now 2 inches long rather than down my back, I have aged a lot, and I cant have children now. I also suffer from depression and ptsd from medical trauma. You have to make a concsious decision to not let yourself be down. Talking to a psychologist helps as well.
Reply:Life gets to everyone.Unless you want to go under the knife I'd forget about plastic surgery.Alot if not all of that can be fixed.I know people that don't look 'great' but are wonderful people.Alot of that probably isn't as bad as it seems. If someone is bugging you about it it will seem worse than it is.

Next time you post, have a pic.*_* .Cheers.
Reply:Since you're going to see a dermatologist soon anyway, have him check you all over. He can probably prescribe medications to improve your skin quality from head to toe. On your own, you can use lots of sunscreen and always wear a broad-brimmed hat outdoors.

You can have a partial plate or a bridge made to replace your missing teeth. The bridge will be more expensive and will require grinding down and crowning the ones on each side, but it will have the advantage of being premanently in your mouth, and anything that gets under it can easily be flossed out. (It may also be more emotionally satisfying to be able to say truthfully that not one of your teeth comes out.)

Is your crooked little finger really a problem? Unless you want to play the piano, it shouldn't interfere much with anything you do, and it's probably not very noticeable. If the story of how it got that way is worth telling, you may even be able to turn it to advantage if anyone ever asks.

While you're waiting to have surgery on your ankle, you can ask your doctor whether an ace bandage would help.

As for flat feet, my college drama professor told our class that she had once had them and had strengthened her arches by doing foot exercises, which worked so well that a shoe salesman had later asked her whether she was a dancer. The one exercise I remember her telling us about was picking up pencils with her toes. Dr. Scholl's exercise sandals might also help, but ask your podiatrist or orthopedist.

For baldness, Rogaine may help.

May you look like a new man in a year!

P. S. For Midnight: I'll say a prayer for you, too. Are you in a support group? While your hair grows back, your health insurance may pay for a wig, and maybe you can find a companion to walk the weight off with you. Good luck--may you some day be a lovely old lady!
Reply:We could make a better evaluation if you posted a recent photograph. Perhaps you are more attractive than you realize.
