Here's an easy stretching exercise that should help:

The good news is that you don't need to go to the Dr. The stretching %26amp; Advil will help. I had this once %26amp; it took about 3 weeks to go away. Try %26amp; wear your most comfortable flat shoes or tennis shoes during this time. Hope this helps, good luck!
Reply:soak in warm t hot water epsom salt see if helps
Reply:go see doctor.
Reply:It is no surprise that only one foot hurts you. I don't know if you know or had noticed that both feet are not the same exactly. There is a difference. I have the left foot that is different. After some time wearing the same shoes the left shoe sort of opens up but the right one remains good. It happens in all sorts of shoes or running shoes.

You have to see if there is any problem with the shoes. Don't wear tight shoes or ones with high heels This put pressure on the feet and squeeze it. The foot is made up of

a 26 bones (tarsal bones) which are joined together with 33 joints by about 100 strong ligaments. It is like our hands. These are to make it able for the many movements and weight that they have to carry. For sure you have to have it examined either by a doctor or a specialist who can do the tests and see what is wrong. Could be that some muscles have become lax or in the joints of the bones and hat's you feel it when you wake up because of the pressure put on it. Don't forget that they have to bear your weight. You can start,

however, by having daily relaxing of them both in hot water and some salt added to it will do good also. You can massage yourself, though it is not that easy, your feet or apply pressure in various part of the foot . It is known that in the sole there are nerves coming and going to every part of our body including internal organs.

So first wash and keep for about twenty minutes in this hot water and then to dry them up use this kund of pressure.

See how you do. If there won't be any changes then the only way is to have a check with your doctor.

Good luck
Reply:I'm sorry your hurting and can't see a doc. I don't have ins. either and am in pain right now. You can get ins through the state if ur under 18 gOOD LUCK!
Reply:does it feel like a tightness?

Reply:Use biomagnetic therapy The body's energy is thought to flow through channels known as Energy Meridians. These can be compared with the currents that exist in a magnetic field. The meridians can be accessed through classic acupuncture points (acupoints) on the skin surface, and form the basis of ancient therapies such as acupuncture and acupressure.

In good health, energy flows through the meridians in a balanced way. Ill health is thought o be associated with imbalances or blockages in energy flow through the body. Many illnesses affect the bioenergetic functions of cells.

When energy flow becomes abnormal, acupoints on the surrounding skin become tender and painful to touch. These are known as tsubos. In acupuncture, these points are stimulated with fine needles to generate electrical impulses and restore energy balance. In magnetic therapy, the acupoints are stimulated by tiny pulses of electromagnetic energy. Our bodies today have been developed in an environment enriched in oxygen water, nutrients and MAGNETISM. All of the natural human systems in our bodies are electro-magnetic in nature and respond to the earth's natural magnetism.

Our bodies' natural magnetic field is created by the flow of electrically charged ions in and out of cells, and the transmission of electric impulses through cell membranes. Due to the fast pace of modern living and the continual development in technology and society, the earth's geomagnetic field has grown very much weaker in the recent past. This field is constantly being shielded from us by everyday items we take for granted such as: steel cars, trains, airplanes, ships and metal framed buildings.

The measurement now used for magnets is called “GAUSS,” named after the 19th century German physicist Carl Gauss, gauss measurement is based upon the lifting power of a magnet. Size, shape and construction of the magnet can also affect the strength. It is a natural way of stimulating your body to combat pain like:

Arthritis %26amp; rheumatism

Joint and muscle pain

Shoulder pain

Back ache, headache and neck ache

Respiratory Problems: coughs %26amp; asthma.

Constipation

Inflammation

Insomnia

Jet lag Stress.
