I love my Chuck Taylor's, but they're not the most comfy sneakers in the word. Would an insole help?

Like those Dr. Scholl's "are you gellin'?" ones?

really? my cons are way comfy. are yours broken in? i'm sure some insoles would help though
Reply:Chuck's are sneakers that need to be broken in. After a week of daily use, they'll feel much more comfortable. Don't bother with gel insoles because those will end up slipping around in the shoe. They'll end up being more of a bother than the problem you have now. Also, don't wear your Chuck's every day or for long amounts of time. There's no arch, so they aren't really designed for comfort. If you're going to be doing a lot of walking (trips to the mall or cruising through an urban setting, for instance), then wear comfortable sneakers. If you can't part with your beloved Chuck's, then make sure that you wear other sneakers with arched insoles in between days that you wear them.
Reply:ya Dr. Scholls!
Reply:when i got ,mine they were like so stiff and i went to the zoo got home and my heels were bleeding but when i put a bandaid on my heel everytime i wore em they felt better. but if they r new where them more often and they will get more comfy
